BRING BACK THE GLORY DAYS

Put together a team of friends and/or ski team mates from college and race in Sun Valley for the chance to win money for your college ski team.

Q & A

1. Did you have to graduate from the college to participate on the team?
No, you need to just have attended.

2. Did you have to race for the college?
No, most of the Holding Cup participates/racers didn't race in college.

3. There are 2 races for the Holding Cup?
Yes, the Holding Cup is 2 races: The Holding Cup is an age/gender race and Carol's Cup, is about skiing consistently compared to your handicap time.

4. What if I can't find 3 other racers from my college?
Form a composite (mixed college) team and race for the fun and swag - the jacket alone is worth over $300. Your team can't participate in the prizes but will be listed.

5. What if one of our team member(s)DNF during Saturday's finals?
They still get a time for the run: slowest handicap time of the day on the respective course plus 10%.

TEAM FORMAT

Each team must be comprised of 4 skiers at least 21 years of age and have attended the same University.

RACE FORMAT

All times will be adjusted using an age and gender-based handicap system.

PRICING

Individual Racer Fee	“$100 registration fee per team member includes Baldy lift ticket for Friday and Saturday, goody bag and all social events. Goody bag includes a killer ski jacket from Karbon worth $300

Guest Fee for Social Events:	If you would like to bring a guest to the social events, the charge is $30. Your guest is welcome at all of the social events for that fee.
